Meet David Thompson
With a career spanning elite sport, business and coaching, I bring a combination of high-performance experience and commercial understanding.
In elite sport, I was ranked among the top junior tennis players in the UK, played professional rugby in the Premiership, and later led a Premiership performance department – giving me deep insight into what it takes to perform at the highest level.
In business, I’ve worked for global organisations and co-founded (and later sold) a sports marketing agency, gaining first-hand experience of the realities leaders face as their businesses grow. I’ve also completed an Executive MBA with a specific focus on the challenges organisations encounter at different stages of growth.
Since training as a coach in 2009, I’ve supported founders, senior leaders, and teams across many industries – applying proven performance principles to their unique context to deliver results.
